Did you buy the item in a store, or did you place an order using a screen in a store?
The return process for items purchased in-store is different from items bought online through our official webshop.
There are two ways customers can buy items from a store:
In-store purchase: You go into the store and buy the item directly.
Online order in-store: You place an order on a screen in the store and pay for it there; the item is then shipped from the warehouse to your home address.
No matter which of these two scenarios applies, you must follow the return instructions below. Items purchased in-store cannot be returned via our regular online return process.
How do I return an in-store order?
We offer a nationwide exchange or return service within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
Visit any store of the same brand in your country.
Bring your receipt so the store can process your refund. The item must still have its price tag attached.
Item I received from placing order on a screen in store is faulty or incorrect
If you received a damaged or incorrect item from an order placed in-store (online order via the store screen), please contact our online customer service. We can provide a return label so you can ship the item back to the warehouse.
Important: If the damaged or faulty item was purchased directly in the store, our online customer service cannot handle the return. In this case, you must visit the store where you bought the item to file a complaint or request a replacement.
